• How do I select the promotional discount for Bluebeam Level Up 2024?

  For a limited time, Bluebeam is offering past customers a 40% discount on the first year of new Bluebeam subscription plans: Complete, Core, and Basics. Connect with us to get current with Revu 21 and access new Bluebeam Cloud services for web and mobile, Bluebeam University, and technical support.

• Who is it for? Am I eligible?

  This special offer is for past Bluebeam Revu customers (any edition or version) who do not have active Maintenance. Each perpetual seat not on active Maintenance is eligible for one subscription user discount. Limit of one discounted transaction per customer.

• Why should I get current?

  Revu 2019 reached End of Life (EOL) on 28 June 2023. Revu 21 is our latest, best, and fully supported version of Revu.

• When can I take advantage of this offer?

  This offer is available from February 1, 2024 – March 15, 2024. Take advantage now to avoid using unsupported, Revu v20 or older versions.

• How can I use the Level Up promo code?

• Which new subscription plan should I choose?

  We offer a choice of three plans, and you can mix and match different plans for users in your organisation with different needs.

  • Bluebeam Core is our most popular plan. It’s most like legacy Revu Standard and Revu CAD editions, but with some key differences. We recommend Core if you rely on perimeter measurements for quantity estimations and other essential measurement and markup capabilities.
  • Bluebeam Complete is for those with more advanced needs, such as advanced markup capabilities, Quantity Link, and Batch Link automations. It’s most like legacy Revu eXtreme editions.
  • Bluebeam Basics is designed for those who need to view and manage the same files and only need simple markups and measurements. Please note that the new Basics plan does not have all the features that were in our legacy Revu Standard editions.

• Do I have to trade in my old perpetual licence to get this discount?

  No. This is not a trade-in or conversion promotion. You bought it originally and you keep it. Please understand that Revu 2019 and earlier versions will be unsupported after their 28 June 2023 EOL date. Our hope is that you’ll find value in Revu 21, Bluebeam Cloud and the other subscription benefits, and that you will no longer need your older versions.

• What will my renewal price be for the second year?

  When your annual subscription term expires, it will renew at normal list price. Renewals are subject to Bluebeam’s Terms of Use.

• I had Maintenance and recently upgraded to subscription; am I eligible?

  If you have any remaining perpetual seats that are not on active Maintenance, they make you eligible for the Level Up discount. If you did not upgrade all your active Maintenance seats to subscription, consider upgrading more of those before you purchase a discounted new subscription, because it is a significantly more economical offer for you.

• I have active Maintenance on some of my Perpetual licences, and I also have some Perpetual licences without active Maintenance; am I eligible?

  Yes, if you first convert or "upgrade" some or all of your Maintenance seats to subscription. This is a significantly more economical offer for you, and we want to make sure you take advantage of that first. If you still want additional subscription users after upgrading your Maintenance seats, you can purchase discounted seats with this Level Up offer.

• I bought Basics and now I want Core (or Complete). Can I switch up?

  While we will honour refunds according to our normal 30-day policy, due to current limitations you’ll have to purchase again by contacting Brighter Graphics customer support on support@brightergraphics.com, so please consider carefully whether Basics is the right plan for you. Many customers with older versions of Revu Standard edition find that Core is the right product because it has the markup and measurement tools they need, particularly perimeter measurements for quantity estimations.
