A New Brighter Graphics: The future is Brighter.
Thank you for being a loyal customer of Brighter Graphics. We have some fantastic announcements to make. When Sarah and I started Brighter Graphics, in 2002 and over the years, customers like yourself have helped us to grow in to one of the premium resellers of Bluebeam Software Solutions in the UK. Brighter Graphics was the 1st Bluebeam reseller in the UK and currently, we are the oldest established UK Gold partner for Bluebeam. We have played a significant role in the growth of Bluebeam in Europe from its very early stage to where it is today as the leading construction management software, worldwide globally. We could not have done it without your continuing support and loyalty. It has been a pleasure working with and getting to know all of you.
Our motto has always been "small enough to care" and regardless of the fantastic growth in our Bluebeam customer base, we've never allowed ourselves to lose that personal touch. Whether you have bought a single licence from us or hundred's, we have always tried to be there for each one of our customer's.
It is now the time for Brighter Graphics to evolve to even greater heights, whilst not losing sight of our vision of "to care" for each one of you. Keeping in mind all the changes coming from Bluebeam (a move to purely subscription-based business model), and the evolution of Brighter Graphics to become a true, all-encompassing Value-Added Bluebeam Solution Partner, we have embarked on significant investment into our business. Some of you may have already noticed our new branding, our new website, and our new eCommerce platform. We are just at the beginning of our evolution and you will continue to see our brand, and e-platforms grow, to achieve our goal of becoming the premium Bluebeam partner, not just in the UK but also in Europe. The next stage of our journey is to be a true Value-Added Partner and for us to be provide an end-to-end service for all your Bluebeam needs. To allow us to do that we have made significant investments into the business recently with a new brand, new website, new ecommerce platform which we will eventually allow our customers to work with us in a more modern self-serve model. Whilst at the same time using a modern digital platform to keep that one to one that many of customers still appreciate.
Our team, the most important part of ours, and all businesses, has also grown and will continue to grow. We now have a dedicated sales & support team, along with a marketing and technical resources team. Additionally, we will have some of the most recognised & experienced Bluebeam Certified experts, available to provide support & training to our customer's. We have also made significant investments into the team and many of you have already dealt with several of them, these include several dedicated sales, marketing and technical resources who all come with a wealth of experience in the architecture, construction, and engineering industry.All the new additions are hugely experienced in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry, with many decades of combined experience. The AEC industry and related software industry landscape is changing, due to the CoViD-19 pandemic as well as new Health & Safety regulations coming into effect across the regions. We, at Brighter Graphics, aim to keep all of you up to date with trends and developments in the AEC industry. We will be launching a new monthly webinar under the brand “Bluebeam Me Up!” Webinar series. Each month a new feature of Bluebeam will be covered by our experts, and these will be free webinars for our customers. A new blog & resources sections will be added to our website, which will include Tips & Tricks, Guides & Tutorial videos and more. Our aim, as has always been and will continue to be so, is to allow you, our customers to be more productive and carry on doing what you are great at, delivering great projects.
Some of you have already dealt with members of the new team and others will get to do so soon. Sarah & I are going to be taking a lesser role for day-to-day operations. But we will still be here for the foreseeable future, while enjoying a well-deserved time away from Brighter Graphics too. For our customer's it's more of the same, but better, much better!
It’s been an amazing journey so far and we would like this to be the platform from which we go on to bigger and brighter things.
